We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Product must be in original packaging
All tags, accessories, and parts must be included
Proof of purchase/order number is required
Personal care products
Innerwear or hygiene products
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged items due to misuse
If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
The wrong item
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Clear photos of the product
Packaging images
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via:
Bank transfer / UPI
Please allow additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the amount.
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
You may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible)
If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product) → We bear shipping cost
If return is for personal reasons (change of mind) → Customer may bear return shipping charges

We do not offer size/color exchanges unless specified.
